Oh Vanessa Lopez is the best. Not only was she the mediator between my divorce, she handled it with care and ease. She got the job done and my house sold in 8 days. The 8 days was a lot of communication, and a hell of a lot of scheduling for repairs, maintenance, and many other issues that came about. Since I did not have the time, I tasked her with some items and requests. I will say this, she did not disappoint. Hell of a work ethic. She makes herself available 24/7. Definitely recommend

Leo and Vanessa at the Gutierrez Group are wonderful people who were great to work with throughout the entire rental process and were able to get myself, my partner, and our golden doodle great results! Trying to find a rental right now is so difficult and we couldn't have ended up where we did without the help of the Gutierrez Group. We had a short timeline to work with, but Vanessa lined up a group of tours immediately for us to look at and get started. After that, we were in regular contact with Vanessa so that she knew how we felt or if any changes were needed so she knew exactly what to look for. Then on the other side, Vanessa was very responsive and we always knew where we were at and what the next steps were.
